City, 1900; prac, Hiseville, Ky., 1894-1902; Mounds, Okla., 1902-05; came to Aztec, N. M., 1905; county health officer, San Juan Co.; mem. school board, 1909; pres. Aztec Copmmercial Club; mem. Masons, I.O.O.F.
