FRANK H. WINSTON, merchant and stockraiser, (Rep.) delegate Sierra Co.; b. Oregon, Wisc., Jan. 6, 1852; s. of Nelson and E. A. (Parsons) Winston; early education pub. schools Evansville, Wis.; Evansville Seminary and University of Wisconsin; he early engaged in merchanding and in 1882 removed to New Mexico; engaged in mercantile bus. in Grafton N. M., until of 1883 when he moved his business to Fairview; county commissioner Sierra Co., 1889-90; mem. New Mex. House of Re., 1889 and 1901.
