ARTHUR H. HARLLEE, delegate Grant County; attorney (Dem.); b. 1856, in Marion County. South Carolina; son of Dr. and Mrs. Robert Harllee; educ. classical course, Swofford College, Spartanberg, S. C.; taught school and studied law; grad. (LL.D.) Albany Law School. Albany. N. Y., 1885; located in Silver City, N. M., September  1885, residing there until his death; district attorney, Grant and Sierra counties, 1895; pres. N. M. Bar Assoc., 1904; mem. Masons; Grand Master A. F. and A. M., New Mexico, 1901-2; held every important Masonic office in New Mexico.
