Mex. senate, 1899-1901-1903-5-7; terr. coal oil inspector, 1909-11; mem. and vice-pres. board of regents for Spanish-American Normal school at El Rito; has represented the territory on 17 commissions to congresses; etc; heavily interested in farming and stock-raising; mem.
