M. Las Vegas; 1890 located in town of San Miguel as manager and partner of store and tie contracting business of E. Romero; 1893-6 regent N. M. Normal Univ.; 1904 located in Santa Rosa; deputy probate clerk Guadalupe Co., with management of office. 1905-7; deputy assessor, 1909-1910; elected Nov. 7, 1911, as member first state house of rep, from 28th Dist.
